For Visitors

In 2025 Nordic Fabric Fair had in total XXXX visitors.

The Nordic Fabric Fair uniquely brings together fashion and functional textile suppliers and buyers, including employed and freelance designers, fabric sourcing teams, product managers and material buyers.

The Nordic climate demands clothing that combines protection, performance and design, driving innovation in both fashion and functional wear. At the same time, consumers expect strong commitments to sustainability and social responsibility.

As a result, Nordic brands are recognised as global forerunners, with an influence that far exceeds the region’s 25 million inhabitants.

For Exhibitors

From December 2026, the fair will feature two dedicated sections: Fashion Fabrics and Functional Fabrics, including woven fabrics, knits, yarns, as well as technology and trims suppliers.

Exhibiting at Nordic Fabric Fair is by invitation only. Exhibitors are carefully selected to ensure high relevance for buyers, creating strong ROI for exhibitors and well-invested time for visitors.

The number of exhibitors is balanced with the number of buyers to allow for meaningful, high-quality meetings. Exhibitors also benefit from pre-show introductions to Nordic business culture and market insights, as well as a curated matchmaking programme with brand buyers.
