Better Every Day is a 6-month introductory development program that helps you to become familiar with the complex world of sustainability and CSR.

The online-based program, developed and led by one of the most knowledgeable sustainability professionals in our industry, Dr. Pamela Ravasio, together with experienced coaches, is designed to encourage extensive exchange and cross- learnings between the program participants.

Monthly on-demand tutorials, webinars, Q&A sessions, meetings and step-by-step guidance with shared experience help you understand how to implement KPI´s, tools, and practices as part of a structured and strategic plan to become better every day.

With the knowledge and tool kit obtained, your company can make measurable progress towards more responsible business and lay the groundwork to pursue meaningful Sustainability and CSR certifications.

Dr. Pamela Ravasio, founder and managing director of Shirahime Advisory, specialises in corporate governance and responsibility (CR), with a strong link to innovation processes, digitalisation. She takes on roles as fractional and ad interim Chief Sustainability Officer for companies, and as ESG and governance expert advisor for boards of directors.

Previously, she held corporate roles as Global Stakeholder Manager and as Head of CSR & Sustainability. She champions transparency and an inclusive approach to all partners along the value chain, leveraging opportunities arising from public facing accountability. A published author with professional qualifications in corporate governance, CSR and sustainability, she has held steering committee roles in the multi-stakeholder (MSI) space, board member of highly innovation enterprises as well as start-ups, and a graduate in Computer Science with a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, she has worked and lived globally for 15+ years.

The Huginbiz International Business Academy is granted public funding for 2022 by Tillväxtverket in Sweden in cooperation with Scandinavian Outdoor Group, Svenskt Sportforum and TEX! Sweden. Priority is given to members of the supporting associations. The program period is May – November 2022.

This course is for companies based in Sweden only.
