Respecting customer integrity we briefly outline projects without customer names to describe examples of how we can be of help. In meetings we present more extensive case presentations.
We helped a €500+ Mi company to launch outdoor distribution in Europe. The project included selecting product development agency, product assortment strategy, market potential analysis input and strategy advice. The company later made a successful repositioning and made a successful IPO and a very healthy business development.
In 2014 we were asked to re-design distributor agreements and re-negotiate with European distributors to prepare for a European launch of e-commerce platform for a Scandinavian fitness brand. The assignment included developing an online distribution policy in accordance with latest EU legal online competition practice.
In 2013 we organized the first European Outdoor Summit, gathering 300+ executives to prepare the industry for the future changes ahead. The project included co-creation of the 2020 – ISPO Future Outdoor Industry Report, an online research project including more than 1000 consumers,100 retailers and 10 panel experts.
In 2015 we helped a group of 5 niche sport brands to register their brands, also in mandarin, implement the new revolutionizing Pilibaba payment and logistic software to prepare for launching e-commerce directly from their webshops to the Chinese market.
The brief was to quickly identify, select, negotiate and get the best distributors onboard in three key East Asian markets including China for a large European Outdoor brand, then facilitate the market launch the first year. The project involved finding and interviewing with 40+ top distribution candidates, then selecting and negotiating agreements. The following year we prepared the market launch and implemented an action plan involving all departments of the organisations on both sides. After three years the sales exceeded €10 Mi Euro.
Since 2001, each year we organise the Scandinavian Villages at leading trade shows around the world. More than 30 brands covering 3000+ m2, coordinating press conferences, international jury awards and bi-annual magazines we have the longest experience in clustering and facilitating industry cooperations.
