The Scandinavian Winter Village creates a unique, cooperative platform to increase attraction of retailers and media representatives, initiate networking benefits and create cost saving synergies. See presentation here.

2. FEE AND PAYMENT

Terms:

• A registration fee for Prowinter of €295 will be invoiced by Messe Bozen upon application (non-refundable in case of cancellation).
• Final invoicing will take place in October, with 30 days’ payment terms.
• Preliminary participation fee for the Scandinavian Winter Village: €750, invoiced upon application. Please note that the fee is non-refundable if cancelled after September 30. The final amount may vary slightly depending on the number of participating companies.

We are teaming up with the Italian Outdoor Group and will share both the bar and some marketing efforts.

Fee includes:
• Scandinavian Winter Bar: setup, catering, logistics, and staff. We’re once again working with the fantastic team we rely on for success—Caro and her warm, professional colleagues.
• Security
• Promotional kit (email banner, invitation, etc.)
• Digital & social media marketing
• Project management & press exposure

3. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Stand changes after Sept. 30th, a € 1.000,- administration fee will apply for any adjustments.
Village participation Fee not refundable after hall planning has been made.

4. LATE APPLICATIONS

Terms:

Requests after the deadline will be considered if space remains, at the outer edge of the village.

5. STAND ALLOCATIONS

October 2025 (after final confirmation/invoicing)

6. CONSTRUCTION RULES

Terms:

Stands in front of the Scandinavian Bar must not exceed 3.0 m in height (back and side walls).
Overhead banners that block visibility are not permitted.
Non-compliance may lead to reallocation and an administration fee.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by Swedish law. Where no specific law applies, international best practices will guide decisions.
